A Roswell Neighbor, Father,
& Small Business Owner
Nick Porche has called Roswell home since 2019. He and his husband are raising their two sons in the heart of the city, where they co-own a local flower shop. As a family, they’re active in Roswell schools, youth sports, and community events—fully invested in the future of the place they call home.
Nick first got involved in local life through PTO work, where he saw how many of the challenges families face are shaped by decisions made at City Hall—from road safety to school access to how parks are maintained. That experience taught him that even the smallest local policies have a big impact on families’ everyday lives.
Running a local business alongside his husband has also shown him the power—and the vulnerability—of small businesses in Roswell. From street closures to fee hikes, policy decisions can either support or sideline the people who keep Roswell’s local economy running.
Nick knows what it takes to keep a business afloat, and he’ll fight for policies that let small business owners grow, not just survive.
Above all, Nick is a neighbor. He believes Roswell should be a place where all families feel safe, supported, and seen. His campaign is rooted in the idea that community isn’t something we talk about—it’s something we build, together.
A Career in
Fiscal Responsibility
Nick brings more than a decade of financial leadership experience to the table. As the Chief Financial Officer of an international company, he has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiated contracts, and led teams through periods of growth and change. He understands what it means to be accountable—to investors, to employees, and to the public.
What sets Nick apart is his belief that financial responsibility doesn’t mean austerity, it means clarity. Roswell families are expected to manage their household budgets with care and transparency. Nick believes City Hall should do the same. That means clear communication, line-item accountability, and smart spending that reflects the priorities of residents, not consultants or special interests.
Recent years have shown how far Roswell has drifted from these standards. From land deals made behind closed doors to sudden fee increases that place an undue burden on working families, residents have been asked to trust a system that often fails to explain itself. Nick knows that trust is built through consistency, honesty, and results.
His financial expertise, combined with his lived experience as a parent and small business owner, makes him uniquely equipped to realign the city’s budgeting priorities with the real needs of its people.
A Campaign for
Community-First Leadership
Nick isn’t running to be a politician—he’s running to be a public servant. He believes local government should be responsive, transparent, and grounded in the lived realities of its residents. That’s why he’s built his campaign around listening: showing up to forums, hosting events, and taking the time to understand what’s working and what’s not.
For too long, residents have been left out of the decisions that shape their lives. Nick is committed to changing that. Whether it’s investing in pedestrian safety, keeping Roswell green, or ensuring tax dollars are allocated where they’re needed most, Nick will bring a steady, thoughtful voice to the council dais.
His campaign is powered by real people, not party politics. Roswell’s city council is nonpartisan, and Nick believes that’s how it should be. Good ideas and strong communities don’t belong to one side of the aisle—they belong to all of us.
As your next City Council Member, Nick will work to restore trust, elevate community voices, and make Roswell a place where everyone can thrive—families, workers, seniors, and small businesses alike. He’s ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to the city we call home.
Let’s Build a Roswell That Works for All of Us
Roswell is built by the people who live here—parents, small business owners, volunteers, and neighbors who show up every day for their families and their community. They organize school events, coach youth sports, support local shops, and take pride in the parks and streets that define the city’s character.
But while residents continue to do their part, the city government hasn’t always held up its end of the bargain. Too many decisions are made without community input. Spending is too often unclear. And the voices of everyday Roswell families are too often left out of the conversation.
This campaign is about restoring that connection. It's about creating a city government that listens, that leads with integrity, and that puts people first. It’s not about politics—it’s about priorities: safer streets, responsible budgets, well-kept parks, and transparent leadership that earns trust, not just headlines.
This campaign is powered by people—those who are ready to bring accountability and care back to City Hall. Whether it’s hosting a gathering, knocking on a few doors, making calls, or donating to support the work, every action matters.
Together, we can build a city that works for all of us.
